Research themes: Kim Quintelier is currently employed at the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences (RBINS) as an osteoarchaeologist with expertise in the analysis of inhumated as well as cremated human remains. Her research focusses on reconstructing aspects of demography, health/disease, diet and funerary practices within past populations using human osteology, palaeopathology and light stable isotopes for palaeodietary reconstruction.
