Research themes: Possum Pincé studied at Ghent University and received in 2011 a “Master in archaeology” and in 2013, a "Master in Geography". Since 2014, she’s working as a PhD-student under the supervision of Prof. dr. E. Haerinck and Prof. dr. P. Vandenabeele within the framework of the BArEO project, funded by BELSPO. The aim of her research is to investigate by XRF-analyses the characteristics and regional and chronological differences of painted pottery from pre-Islamic Iran. Another part of the project is to study and to provide full electronic access of the photographic archive and field notes on the Iranian rock reliefs by the late Prof. dr. L. Vanden Berghe.
